This 90-minute e-class covers the steps for setting up security within Andar. These steps include the following: reviewing the security matrix; setting up users; setting up groups; assigning users to groups; setting up menu option authority so users see only certain menu items; setting up account authority to limit the functions available to users, and setting up other special authorities. The audience for this class should include your Andar database security administrator.

This 60-minute e-class will cover the options included in each of the two rollover jobs, and the various other tasks (copy campaign structure, create new leadership level groups, G/L accounts, etc.) that also need to be performed. Users can expect to gain an understanding of what the rollover jobs do as well as the scope of non-rollover job tasks that also need to be completed. This should help you identify and plan for what needs to be done to prepare the system for the upcoming campaign year.
