That's great but what if you want to login with a different user id (such as "Andar")? Simple! Just make a copy of your desktop Andar icon, edit the icon preferences and add "WA=false" (case sensitive) at the end of the target field.

By the way... Andar reads its settings from the "andarparm.txt" file then reads additional setting from the end of the target field. The last value read overrides all previous values. Example: the WA=true is set in the "andarparm.txt" file (probably on your server) but the "WA=false" on the copied desktop icon can override this setting.

• Set Permanently Ineligible code at the Campaign level node in the donor choice structure. Create a new code for "Patriot Act form not received" as the Ineligible reason code.
• Set up "Eligible Agency" for special federation level accounts such as member agencies, the federation for service categories, etc.
• When the Patriot Act form is received indicating compliance, set Global Eligibility for the agency as "Eligible Agency" and use "Absolute" which will override the contract parameters. Change the Reason code to None or create a new Reason code such as "Compliance Verified".
• When the Donor Choice Structure is copied to the following year, also copy the contract parameters. The same special federations will still be Eligible and the other Ineligible.
• At rollover, do NOT select to rollover the Global Eligibility records because agencies that were previously approved must be certified again.

Additional considerations:

Customers with an e-Community suite license (any web-based module) can take advantage of the web features to reduce paperwork and costs. The agency representative can login and enter their banking information, run reports for payouts, run their Acknowledgments to Agency report, or run their Standard-M Projection Reports. But they can also have a menu item for Documents. Agencies can login and upload their document(s) showing compliance/eligibility. When a new document is attached, an email is automatically sent to a System Preference e-Mail address or someone could be checking for newly attached documents using the "Document Approval" menu option.

From the approved document, use the Folder button to jump to the profile Donor Choice > Global Eligibility Code for this agency account and change update the eligibility code.
