Outlook Integration

Andar/360 MSOutlook Connector Tears Down the Silos!

With Andar/360's MSOutlook Connector, your staff can collaborate and share information regarding constituents and relationship building activities.

Automatically copy Outlook e-mails into Andar communication logs, copy accounts into Outlook contacts, and synchronize Andar plans with Outlook tasks.

Your Bio Tabs

Did you know that each Andar user can personally customomize any number of bio tabs? This can be especially powerful for the smaller organizations where each staff member may wear multiple hats. Now you can customize a different bio tab for each of your functions. When you're handling customer relationship calls, you can use a custom bio tab to view communication logs, financial history, plans, etc. When you're handling accounts receivable, you can use another custom tab with A/R related information, etc. Of course, you could also create multiple tabs for multiple views of donors. Example: for volunteer information, major gift information, employee campaign coordinator-related information, etc.

Don't worry, the tabs each of you create are for you only. The other staff members can configure their own.

Also, don't forget to right-click the tab itself to make that tab your default (the one that will show first). You can switch defaults anytime by right-clicking any other tab.
