Voting is on...

Five cities have thrown their hat in the ring to host the 2010 Andar Users Group Conference. An e-mail went out last Monday to invite Yahoo and customer employees in our database to vote for their favorite location. The voting will be open until noon Monday May 11th.

You will need to login to the Andar support center to vote. If you forgot your password, click the "Forgot password" button on the web site. If you don't have a password, e-mail our help desk at AndarSupport@Andar360.com and include your full name, United Way name, position, and telephone number with the subject "Request password" and we will e-mail you one.

The choice of cities and their proposal summary can be found on the voting web page.

Each person can vote only once.

Reports in DMO

Did you know that you can now insert just about any report in a DMO? Just click the "Insert Section" menu and then "Reports" and a pop up will show you all standard reports available. You'll also note that the pull-down list of warehouses, if normally available on the selected report, will include "*Current". This will run the report for the currently selected accounts.

New CMC Enhancements

We are currently working on significant enhancements to the Client Management Console (CMC) to be released in August/2009. These enhancements will mostly affect those of you hosting multiple organizations. The new version will require a software activation code for each Andar environment. Those of you with only one production and one training environment will not be affected. The new CMC will better control licensing on an environment by environment basis. The CMC control panel will also be accessible from any workstation as an option on the Andar main menu.

Please note that Service Pack 2009.02 or above will be required on all environments prior to updating to the new CMC.

PayPal Update

Many of you have received notification from PayPal that they will be upgrading their software and you will need to upgrade as well. Don't worry, we are already upgrading Andar to use their new updates and we will be delivering this enhancement earlier than expected in next week's service pack.

Customers must install the Service Pack.

Otherwise, Credit Cards authorizations will fail!
