Helix is proposing to redesign the process of distributing payout information to agencies. Currently, Andar provides the e-Community tool to allow agencies onto your web site to run & download their reports. The new proposal will let you mass e-mail the reports directly to your agencies while continuing to allow them to download the reports online. Note however that the agency online reporting process will be simplified dramatically. Also, the proposal includes an archiving process to ensure safe keeping of the agency payout reports as well as creating a communication log entry on agency with the reports attached as a link to the archived copy of the report.

Did you know that Andar can host your web site? Andar can be used to publish your web pages, e-newsletters, press releases, and general web page articles. Andar can also track who views what web page or newsletter article and, because interests can be associated with articles, Andar can also measure the visitor's interests based on what they read. Web pages and newsletters can also include banner ads, stories, and other gadgets (aka "Portlets") targeted to specific individuals as determined by interests and any other information contained within Andar.
Helix is also currently redesigning the Thank You Letters, Statements, and Receipts into a general "Letter Management" system using the Content Management System. This will allow Thank You letters to be generated in Andar with success stories and other custom content in full color.

Wikipedia attempts this task but after more than 6 years of edits from various contributors a good definition is still eluding us. Leaking Personal Information
There is no doubt that we are being watched. Numerous marketing and advertising firms have been tracking our shopping habits for years. With online shopping on a steep climb, data is getting much more accurate, detailed, and timely.
The more recent amazing growth of social networks such as Facebook and Twitter have created a feeding frenzy for marketing firms. Your personal information such as friend list, political/religious views, interests, relationships, etc., is all there for them to collect. Did you know that adding an application to your Facebook can allow that application to access information about you? In fact, Facebook publishes the FQL (SQL like) interface for application developers to access Facebook data. We have already started looking at how Facebook data can be uploaded into the Andar database. We're not sure how this will develop yet but feel free to contact us with your ideas.
