Today Helix announces a new interface between its Andar/360
Donor Database and Microsoft Outlook.
This new interface allows any user of the software to download their user specific contacts from the Andar/360 donor database into Microsoft Outlook with a single click of a button. Each donor contact downloaded from the
donor database includes name, address, telephone, e-mail and also a note containing the donor's giving history, relationship information, demographics, etc.
These Outlook contacts, including the note, can also be uploaded into Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) such as Palm Pilots and pocket PCs using standard synchronization software.
Now, fundraisers, donor relationship managers, and development staff have one less database to maintain. Whether at your desk or on the road, contact information is always available and up-to-date with the essential knowledge required to foster donor relationships.
