Support Services

Training
Helix offers a full suite of customer training and support services. Training is comprehensive and designed to ensure a smooth implementation and transition to ANDAR. Training staff and developers work closely with our customers to provide a coordinated approach to installation, conversion, training and cut-over. We deliver customized, on-site training, as well as refresher and spot training sessions over the Internet.

Help Desk
The Helix Help Desk staff are well known and highly regarded for the outstanding assistance and support they provide. This includes telephone and Internet support by qualified technicians and Customer Service Representatives. In cases of emergency our Help Desk Dispatcher can quickly identify and assign the appropriate resources. Our web-based Customer Support Center provides a knowledgebase for FAQ's, "how-tos" and best practices. The Customer Support Center also provides our customers with up to date documentation including tutorials, instruction about specific topics and reference materials.

Online Help
On-line help within the ANDAR product is comprehensive and is easily navigated using the contextual search facility.
