Executive Dashboards: The ability to view information as colorful pie charts and bar graphs with drill-down capabilities is essential for the busy executive to effectively steer the organization. Andar/360 includes user definable system level dashboards as well as account level dashboards.

Constituent Relationship Management (CRM): Helix strongly believes that CRM demands a fully integrated database in order to have all knowledge about constituents and key stakeholders in one place. Andar/360 includes the strong communication, monitoring, and analysis tools essential in building relationships.

Integrated Communications: Andar/360 includes a powerful communication engine that allows United Ways to track and manage communication across all channels. Its interfaces to Microsoft Outlook allow United Ways to build strong relationships with constituents and key stakeholders.

Andar/360 Plans: Manage your time and the time of your staff effectively by tracking who needs to do what and when.

MSOutlook Interface: Andar/360 can be interfaced directly to Microsoft Outlook enabling e-mails to be automatically uploaded from MSOutlook and saved into Andar/360. These e-mails will automatically be linked to all Andar/360 accounts involved. Similarly, contacts in Andar/360 can be automatically uploaded into MSOutlook and linked. Andar/360's plans are also synchronized with MSOutlook tasks.

e-Mail Campaigns: Andar/360's powerful e-mail campaign tools allow United Ways to broadcast e-mail newsletters and track who reads them. e-Mail story clicks can determine marketing message effectiveness and log donor interests.

e-Pledge: Manage local, regional, and national workplace campaigns with Andar/360's e-Pledge. All pledges are immediately summarized throughout Andar/360 giving you a status of the individual workplaces as well as the overall United Way annual campaign, live, every second of every day.

Online Surveys: Gather and data mine critical information from donors, key stakeholders, and community members by conducting online surveys with Andar/360.

Community Building: Andar/360's Community Building module is specifically designed to address the Community Impact mission of United Ways. Agencies can login online and enter their funding application directly into the Andar/360 database. Volunteers can also login to review and rate applications online.

Volunteer Management: Agencies throughout the community can login through Andar/360's web site to create and manage volunteer opportunities. Similarly, volunteers can search the database for opportunities and can be connected directly with agencies.

Event Management: Using Andar/360, United Ways can track event invitations and attendance. Individuals can register and pay online using Andar/360's i-Attend module.

Information and Referral (211): Agencies can login to Andar/360's AIRS compliant web site to enter their program and service descriptions directly into Andar/360's database. Community members and/or caseworkers can also access the web to search the database of programs and services.

Campaign Management: Andar/360 is unsurpassed for workplace campaign management. Local, regional, and national corporate campaigns can be managed through Andar/360. Campaign cabinet recruitment, account assignment, and performance can also be managed through Andar/360.

Campaign Materials Inventory: Andar/360 can ensure that you have the necessary campaign supplies such as pledge cards, banners, flyers, coffee mugs, etc., on hand to ensure a successful campaign.

Financial Accounting: Andar/360 controls all aspects of pledges and payment processing. From data entry, to auditing batches of transactions, to balancing bank deposits, to exporting data for GL systems, Andar/360 provides the necessary reports and audit trails to ensure accountability.

Designation Distribution: Ensuring that donor requests are honored promptly and that the needs of community agencies are addressed is key to Andar/360's designation payout system. Andar/360 has flexible payment run options including the ability to pay a specific gift, donor, workplace, campaign, program, agency, federation or any combination or groups of these.

Standard-M: United Way Standard-M is supported by Andar/360. Fundraising and processing fees can be assigned and distributed through Andar/360.

Integrated Database: All of the above features are fully integrated live into one single database. This means that your staff can see everything about your constituents live on one account. They can see the pledge the donor entered a second ago, the volunteer opportunity they signed up for, the event they registered for, the fact that they have an interest in Success By 6 because of the newsletter story they clicked on, etc. Similarly, an agency account includes volunteer opportunities and assignments, donor designations, funding applications, 211 program descriptions, contacts, etc.

Data Conversion: The implementation of any new enterprise software can be challenging and traumatic.
