Every year we assemble all of our Customer Service Representatives from across the country into our offices for a week of internal meetings and cross-training sessions. This allows us to discuss better ways to serve our customers, to improve our processes, and to prepare for the coming year. On Thursday, December 9th, our entire staff will be off-site for an all-day meeting.
Our Help Desk will be open as usual except for Thursday, where the Help Desk will be open for emergencies only. We ask that you leave a voice mail message detailing the urgency of your situation. The voice mailbox will be monitored hourly. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.
We are improving the usability of dashboards by using tabs on the main menu to load multiple dashboards. Users will also be able to easily select which dashboards and bio tabs to include on their tab list. We are enhancing organization account bio tabs so that they can be specific to account attributes. This will allow users to have bio tabs specific to agencies or event accounts.
We are creating a “Quick add” for communication logs as a dashboard or bio tab item. This will show the important parts of a communication log entry and give you what you need to add communication entries quickly.

We are also expanding dashboards by allowing any “Maintenance” type applications on the dashboard. These include the envelope list, data mining, segmentation, thank you letters, CB Packages, etc.
The “job completed” dialogue box that pops up after a report is ready will also change a lot. It will now list all the reports in the pop-up box so you don’t have to go to another window.
We are changing the way plans are assigned so that the dates can be assigned individually to each task assignments. We’ve also introduced a new “Fixed date” task that occurs on a specific fixed date regardless of the plan assignment.

i-Access is being updated to narrow the search to accounts being managed only. Also, the result list will include direct links to bio tabs and also surveys. The survey has been enhanced so that, once completed, it can automatically create an AndarConnector file and process it to update the donor’s account. Now RD staff can go online and complete a survey after each site visit that will update the account.
